    Yes, we cover all areas of the UK.
  • What services do you cover?
    We provide a complete package to support all areas of the foodservice equipment sector including planned preventative maintenance and reactive service calls.
  • What sectors do you cover?
    We cover all foodservice sectors. Restaurants, Hotels, Schools, Colleges, Care Homes, Leisure Facilities, Arenas, Pubs & Bars etc.
  • What type of equipment do you cover?
    We cover all leading brands of commercial catering equipment.
  • Can I place a service call out of hours?

  • Is there a standard warranty on kitchen equipment?
    No, this is dependent on the manufacturer's warranty policy. As a minimum your equipment should usually have 12 months parts and labour warranty, with some manufacturer's extending this up to 3 years.
  • Is extended warranty available?
    Yes, extended warranty is available from certain brands, this must be purchased at the time of the initial equipment purchase.
  • Do you provide out of hours/ weekend breakdown cover?
    Yes, we have engineers available 7 days a week. The call desk will prioritise equipment repairs that has a significant impact on trading and/ or health and safety.
