We’re thrilled to share that Sophie Taylor, our Projects & Sales Support Coordinator, will be joining the ceda Academy Leadership Team!

The Academy is growing rapidly, now with over 50 members, and the newly formed Leadership Team is focused on shaping the future of the industry. Sophie’s passion, especially as a young female professional, makes her a key voice in the conversation. She’s excited to collaborate with other emerging leaders to drive positive change and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Sophie commented: “As someone that is incredibly passionate about this industry and its future, I’m excited to be a part of a team of likeminded individuals to see what we can achieve together.  I want to bring insight into what it is to be a young female in the industry and hopefully shape change for the future workforce.”
