The third annual Potato Week takes place from 7th to 13th October and you can join in by putting a variety of potato-based recipes on your menus. 

 

Organised by the Potato Council, Kate Cox, Marketing Manager said: 'We're encouraging chefs to embrace Potato Week and include more dishes to menus, as well as named varieties, methods and provenance, and experience the positive impact it can have on sales as a result.'

 

To help inspire caterers, the Potato Council have teamed up with author Jo Pratt, who has designed a range of tasty potato dishes.
