Vision were given the brief that the Academy required the ability to service food to 900 students in a period of 1 1/2 hours. Vision were to design, supply and install a kitchen and counter to meet this demand.

In the absence of a Catering Manager at the Academy until just 3 months before completion, Vision had to meet the brief based solely on their industry knowledge. Approximately 6 weeks before handover, the Main Contractor had to completely change the kitchen layout due to an issue with access routes. Vision reacted to the situation and altered orders and designs to meet the new kitchen layout.

Manufacturers were selected based on Vision's knowledge of their sustainable products and the reliability of products to meet such a huge demand over a short period of time each day. Training was delivered on all equipment and operators were left feeling confident with their new kitchen.

Vision continue to support the client after completion and have since gone on to work on various projects with the Main Contractor, based on their satisfaction with Vision's work at Kearsley Academy.
