Vision Commercial Kitchens are pleased to sponsor Megan Senior at the Marbella CrossFit Championships 2023.

It is a priority for us to support staff who wish to embrace a healthy lifestyle, whether that be personal, in a competition or for fundraising challenges." 

 

On 6th October, Vision's Tenders Coordinator, Megan Senior, will be taking part in the internationally recognised and accredited Marbella CrossFit Championship. The competition is held in Puerto Banus over a three day period incorporating elements of weightlifting, cardiovascular conditioning, gymnastics and functional movements.

 

To qualify for this event, participants must complete four tough workouts in order to place themselves on a leaderboard. Only the top 30 qualify to attend the final in Marbella. A lot of hard work has gone into Megan's preparation over the last nine months and she is now training seven days a week, incorporating swimming and trail running into her routine.

 

Megan Senior commented: "I personally have undertaken many partner competitions at box level, whereas this one is an individual competition. I only have myself and my fitness to assist through the workouts."
