It is with delight that Vision can announce they have been approved for both ISO14001 and OHSAS18001. Not only were they approved on both stamps, but the auditors raised zero major or minor non-conformances.

 

Vision have now achieved their objective to create an IMS (Integrated Management System) which pulls together the existing ISO9001:2008 with the new 18001 and 14001 accreditations into one management system.

 

ISO 14001 specifies the actual requirements for an environmental management system. It applies to those environmental aspects which Vision has control over and which we can be expected to bear influence upon.

 

OHSAS 18001 is an international, occupational health and safety management system specification. It will bring strength to Vision, demonstrating its diligence and minimising risk to employees, customers, suppliers and the general public.

 

The audit report stated: 'This was a very good visit in relation to general compliance with requirements. Good practice was identified in all areas and the record keeping was very good.'

 

Vision know their clients expect such accreditations. They set themselves apart in terms of design, industry knowledge and customer service on all projects and now these latest industry accreditations formally acknowledge the companies standing.
